- A person who filled the ad's form. Counted by Meta.
- In CRM
- That same lead arriving in Client Harbor, where staff can call them.
- People booked
- Humans who scheduled at least one tour. Counted once each.
- Appointments
- Calendar slots. One person can hold several.
- Showed / No-show
- Whether they came. Only counted when staff mark it.
- Cost per booked person
- Ad spend divided by people booked.
- Close rate
- Share of booked people who sign a lease. Your slider.
- CAC
- Customer acquisition cost. Ad spend for one signed lease.
